This program, formed in conjunction with PRO Physical Therapy, helps athletes ages 10 & up get themselves into prime playing condition. Hour long sessions focus on athletic enhancement, skill development, and small group play. Offered in the summer and winter.
Polk County Recreation offers soccer in the fall and spring, while the Polk County Youth Baseball/Softball League offers Baseball and Softball in the spring.
